Enjoyable App-- Developing apps is not an easy task, so unless the game freezes your phone or steals your info or is truly impossible to use/play, you shouldn't rate it poorly because you can't lose. Some apps are geared toward keeping your kids busy/quiet while waiting for prolonged periods, and the really young kids who need a good distraction will love winning... Even Mom/Dad enjoys practicing bank shots for the corner 100 points
